This role involves customer communication, internal coordination, social media updates, and maintaining tasks and information across our digital systems. You will communicate with customers through text and email, update company and product information on social media platforms, coordinate with internal teams, and keep assigned tasks updated in Jira. YA Software operates in a highly digital and automated environment where communication, task management, approvals, and day to day operations are handled electronically. The ideal candidate should therefore be comfortable with technology, learn new systems quickly, and respond promptly to messages, emails, and assigned tasks. This is a full time remote position for candidates based in Bangladesh.

- • Hands-on experience with cloud providers (DigitalOcean, AWS, Linode, etc.)
- • Proficiency with Bitbucket and GitHub for source control and deployments
- • Solid understanding of networking, VPNs, and firewall configurations
